What are your shop’s opening times?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 10:00am - 5:30pm.
Thursday - 10:00am - 6:30pm.
Saturday - 9:30am - 5:30pm.
Sunday - Closed.
Can you see my credit card details?
We use the Sage Pay system, which encrypts all your personal details. This is a system used by thousands of internet retailers, your transaction is therefore safe and secure. Full details can be found under the security tab on our web site.
I don't like my purchase; will you take it back?
Yes, with the exceptions of bikini and lingerie briefs which have had their hygiene strip removed, cosmetic products and our Preggie Drop sweets . You can return any item within 7 days after delivery for a refund, provided it is unused. Don’t forget to include your receipt though.
I wanted an item which is now out of stock; can you get it for me?
As most of our clothing is pre-ordered a season in advance, it is not always possible that the suppliers will not have any stock remaining. However, top-up’s are occasionally available so it is always worth dropping us a line.
I don't want to use my credit card on line; how else can I pay?
No problem, we also have Paypal available online. Alternatively if you do not have a Paypal account, we can always take payment over the phone.
Will you pass my email address to anyone else?
Absolutely NOT - we would never pass any information on about anyone.
Are your children’s wear sizes standard?
It’s always good to keep in mind that any children’s clothing which comes from Europe generally comes up smaller than that of UK clothing. So our French (Catimini) and Spanish (Mayoral) brands, are a bit smaller than that of our UK ones (D’arcy Brown and Toby Tiger). Not to forget that it of course depends on the size of the child.
Do you fit bras?
Yes! We have a personal bra fitting service in which you can get at anytime of the day during our opening hours (please see FAQ at top of the page for timings). We carry sizes of 32C up to 42G all of which are gorgeous, high quality nursing bras, helping rid you of those frumpy looking bras, making you feel comfortable and sexy - a much needed requirement throughout pregnancy!
Do you stock all of Tiffany Rose’s collection, specifically their wedding dresses?
No, we do not carry their full collection but we specialize in their Grace dresses and stock them all year round. They are, however, all short and not their full length ones. We do sell them regularly as wedding dresses though and they do look stunning on. We also stock a few of their other styles of which we change occasionally so it’s always good to keep an eye on what’s new on our website.
