Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the customer's expense in new re-sealable condition within 7 working days, along with the original receipt.
We suggest for your own protection you use 1st class registered post.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.
We will not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once the packaging has been opened on the following products, for reasons of hygiene and safety, we are unable to refund or exchange them unless they are faulty:
Mama Mio Products
Burts Bees Products
Zita West Products
Ladies Briefs without "hygiene strips" still in place
Swimwear without "hygiene strips" still in place
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items we deem damaged as a result of fair wear and tear, will not be accepted as faulty. We reserve the right to charge you the cost of the returns delivery when an unwanted product is returned.
